AuthKong respects the following rights of data subjects under GDPR:
a. Right of Access: Individuals have the right to access their personal data and obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about them.
b. Right to Rectification: Individuals have the right to request the correction of inaccurate personal data.
c. Right to Erasure: Under certain conditions, individuals can request the deletion of their personal data.
d. Right to Restrict Processing: Individuals have the right to request that we restrict the processing of their personal data.
e. Right to Data Portability: Individuals have the right to receive the personal data they have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.
f. Right to Object: Individuals have the right to object to the processing of their personal data under certain conditions.
AuthKong implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including safeguards to prevent data breaches.
We maintain records of processing activities under our responsibility, demonstrating compliance with GDPR.
AuthKong has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted at dpo@authkong.com for any concerns or inquiries regarding data protection and privacy.
In the event of a data breach, AuthKong will promptly notify the appropriate supervisory authority and data subjects in accordance with GDPR requirements.
AuthKong regularly reviews and updates its data protection practices to ensure ongoing GDPR compliance.
